Holt is 2 Weeks!!

Holt, today you are 2 weeks old.  For the last 14 days, you and I have pretty much been shut up in the house together.  Today, Mommy got her driving privileges back and we re-gained some freedom!  Due to my overwhelming excitement to leave the house, I overdid it and no longer wish to leave the house for a few days.  But on the other hand, you were a total trooper!

* You weigh exactly 8 pounds
* You have officially cried.  You're still an excellent baby but you're not afraid to lay down the law every now and then.
* Most of the time, you still enjoy the car rides.  The times that you do get unhappy in the car, your Dad and I are caught off-guard.  We'll ask each other, "What is that noise?"
* You are still enjoying the late night (or early morning, however you want to look at it) pajama parties.  We're gonna have to work out some kind of agreement concerning this issue.
